Interactive workshop using self assessment and group activities to show owners, supervisors, team leaders, managers how their actions affect their employees decisions to stay or go. The Workshop provides tools (for owners, supervisors, team leaders, managers), skill practice and the development of retention, and action plans to help managers keep star employees. This program is usually a 3-4 hour session.
